My Dubai Bucket List: Stereotypical, Excessive, Awesome!
Living in Dubai I’ve learned so much about so many different cultures, from languages to foods to cultural practices. Despite what I wish I would have known before I moved here, I truly have found Dubai to be such a learning experience.
… With that being said,
I’ve also been having the time of my life. I mean, it is Dubai!
Do you really think I wouldn’t be taking advantage of all of the amazing, once-in-a-lifetime things to do here?
To keep all of my amazing deeds in order I’ve made my own stereotypical, excessive, awesome Dubai Bucketlist to fulfill!
The one below is mine, filled in with everything I’ve already done in the last 4 months.
Some of these are easy to do, like visiting Abu Dhabi and the Grand Mosque, visiting the Gold and Spice Souks, and drinking a Bullfrog at Rock Bottoms. I’ve been trying to keep some of the easier ones for the next few months so I don’t burn myself out doing everything in the first few months.
But some of these are just plain hard or expensive to do! Where am I going to get/afford a helicopter? And I’m pretty sure a spa treatment at the Zabeel Saray is approximately the cost of my semester’s tuition.
And unfortunately my Bugatti is in the shop…
They’ll be hard for me to do, but I specialize in finding a way to get to these things. Trust me.
How do you think I’ve gone to a yacht party and two desert safaris so far for free? Hehe.
