12-week internship at a casino in Las Vegas
Deadline: not fixed
The Station Casinos Internship Program is a 12-week development program that includes hands-on experience, day-to-day operational learning and culminates with a research project/presentation to senior leaders. The program is specifically designed to develop current college students that have demonstrated interest and aptitude in the hospitality industry.
All interns will participate in a “Think Tank” at the Corporate Office every Friday. The purpose of these sessions is to tackle projects assigned by the Internship Coordinator in hopes of helping the company strategically plan for the future. Each Friday, Interns will meet at Corporate along with key Team Members to put together research papers and full presentations to be delivered at the end of the summer to an executive committee.
Interns are assigned to one division for the entirety of their placement. Divisions include marketing, public relations, hotel, human resources, casino operations, culinary, food and beverage, and finance.
