Fully funded scholarships for underrepresented groups to attend various conferences 

Who: 18+, Must be a citizen, permanent resident of, or currently studying in the US, Canada, or Mexico, Current Google employees, contractors, interns, officers, or directors are ineligible

Deadline: March 28, 2023


To help break down the barriers that prevent underrepresented groups in technology and business from attending leading conferences, Google is offering Google Conference Scholarships for selected conferences in the tech industry and related fields

Scholarship eligibility varies by region, and scholarships will be awarded to the most qualified persons based on application review. Every applicant will be notified of their status according to the time frames specified for the region.

Google Conferences Scholarships are available for the following events: 

  • The Black Product Managers Conference
  • The Latinas in Tech Summit (virtual)
  • Women in Product Conference (virtual)

The Black Product Managers Conference

The Black Product Managers (BPM) Network is a community of diverse product leaders who are passionate about advancing in their careers and increasing representation.

Things to know before applying:

  • BPM reviews new applications the 3rd week of every month 
  • Dues of $150/year (dues adjusted for Europe and Africa) with a 3-day free trial will be required after acceptance

Latinas in Tech Summit (Virtual)

This is the largest tech event for Latinas in the world. It is a 2-day event with 1 day being in-person, and 1 day being virtual. The live summit will be held in The Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The in-person ticket costs $225 and the virtual ticket costs $125. 

Women in Product Conference (virtual)

Women in Product is an inclusive, global community of women working in product management, design, and user research roles. They host events, help each other find jobs, give and receive mentorship, and become better, faster, and stronger together.

To apply, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must identify as a woman
  • Submit an identifying online profile
  • Must work in product
