The University of Winnipeg President's Scholarship for Young Leaders offers 5000 CAD ($ 4070) entrance scholarships to international students at any level entering the university for the first time. 

Candidates must be an international student entering the University of Winnipeg for the first time. Students in any division (undergraduate, graduate, collegiate, PACE, or ELP) are eligible if they have an 80% admission average and are involved in activities that demonstrate leadership.
